Individual Coaching Session

Each week Individual Coaching is available with our Level 3 coaches.   Ideal for those whose lifestyle means they can't commit to the Stroke Improvement Clinic or if you have a specific issue you wish to work on.  

This will initially comprise of video footage collected from above and below the water and the production of a personal CD with written feedback. Following the initial session, further appointments can be arranged to help identify and correct stroke errors.  

Individual Coaching Sessions cost £30 and last for 45 minutes.  Book online today or contact us for more information.
