Stroke Improvement Clinics

The Stroke Improvement Clinic (SIC) is a programme for age-group triathletes who would like to learn or develop the technical aspects of the front crawl stroke. It is ideal for beginners seeking tuition and competent swimmers who are seeking stroke refinement. There are a maximum of 6 places available for each of the clinics. The Clinic comes in a variety of formats from one full day to spread over a 3 to 6 week period to suit your needs.  Each clinic includes:

  • Video analysis of your stroke from above and below water.  This footage will be made available to you via our website.
  • Practical sessions to covering aspects of the front crawl stroke.
  • Dry-land debrief following each practical session to re-enforce the practical delivery.
  • Access to internet resources, including drill video clips and technique swim sets and a front crawl technique guide
  • Optional follow-up Video Analysis and Stroke Review session
